Amie Washburn

As Senior Lease Administrator, Amie is in charge of lease administration for Continental Realty Property management.  She is responsible for bookkeeping functions, year-end CAM reconciliations, and the preparation of the annual budgets for her property portfolio.  Additionally, Amie manages a portfolio of retail centers in Central Ohio.  Amie plays a key role in the training of staff to carry out the operations of our department.  Amie has been with Continental for five years.
