Plaza Shopping Center, located on North Memorial Drive/ US-33, is positioned in the heart of the Lancaster, Ohio retail corridor, approximately 30 miles southeast of Columbus, Ohio.  In recent years, Lancaster has experienced a dramatic influx of big-box retail with Wal-Mart, Kohl’s, and Menards all opening for business.  These additional retailers compliment the already existing regional River Valley Mall, Target, Meijer, and Lowe’s.  These new developments will further bolster an already strong retail corridor and help to service the local area consumers who in the past were forced to travel to Columbus for much of their retail needs.
