Mark Smith is Vice President of Sales and Leasing for the Columbus office of Continental Real Estate Companies. Mark joined Continental in 2000 and has more than twelve years experience in the commercial real estate industry.
Mark has been a member of the leasing team since November 2004. He works with national, regional and local tenants, specializing in restaurant and entertainment concepts. He has worked on eight ground-up projects in markets including Columbus, OH; Pittsburgh, PA; Houston, TX; Nashville, TN; Chester, NJ; Cincinnati, OH; and Brentwood, CA. He is also actively involved in market analysis and site selection for new projects in national markets.
Mark is still actively involved as a commercial sales agent for Continental Realty, a division of Continental Real Estate Companies. He specializes in retail leasing and tenant representation as well as ground acquisition and investment sales for third party clients. He works with a variety of retail concepts in developing and implementing entry and expansion plans in the Central Ohio area. He has completed over 70 third-party transactions in excess of $40 Million in volume.
