With Continental Real Estate Companies for some 15 years, Jim Hendrix heads the Special Assets/ Notes Services Group. He represents numerous banks in the stabilization, marketing and disposition of assets and notes.
Jim also has experience in development, working on projects that involve golf courses and hotels. Additionally, he procures sites for retail and student housing. One large New York operating company entrusts him in the acquisition of parking garages, meters, toll roads and bridges. In all, his transactions are worth in excess of $900 million.
A Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designee, Jim is also past President of Columbus Commercial Investment and Industrial Realtors. His awards include Most Transactions, Largest Transaction, and Top Producer in a Calendar Year.
