Andy Mills, CCIM

Andy Mills is a Vice President within the Investment Services Group for Continental Realty/ Cushman & Wakefield in Columbus. He focuses on the acquisition and disposition of all commercial property types. Andy advises on everything from sales timing, to market research, to financial analysis and underwriting, to assistance with identifying funding sources, to creating successful marketing strategies and campaigns that help to sell an asset.

Andy’s commitment to both the big picture and the details has earned him praise. He has been recognized as a Co-Star Power Broker in 2007, 2008 and 2009, and also holds the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation.
