Specialized Bicycle Components retained Eric Shea to represent its interest in the relocation of its East Coast distribution facility.  The Morgan Hill, California based company signed a seven year lease for 225,500 SF in Groveport, Ohio.  The Opus Drive property offered 36’ of clear height, a 100% real estate tax abatement and additional vacancy for future expansion.
