Creekside XII is a 737,471 SF building located within the 500-acre master planned Creekside Industrial Park. The building carries a 100% real estate tax abatement and is in a FTZ. On behalf of the landlord Eric Shea and Tom Sugar completed a 737,471 SF lease transaction with Zulily Inc., a Seattle based online retailer.  The facility will be used as a fulfillment and distribution center for it e-commerce business serving the Midwest and East Coast markets.

Zulily is expected to hire 580 workers over the next three years and received an 11-year, 60% tax credit from Ohio Tax Credit Authority.
